Leigh Valudes, CMQ-OE, PMP®, LEED AP

Leigh is the Chief Innovation Officer at Anser Advisory and a Vice President at Markon Solutions, An Anser Advisory Company. His 20+ years of experience include strategic planning, innovation programs, quality programs, business operations, and training, mission analysis, performance-based requirements, national security programs, program/project management, and energy & environmental policy management.

During the majority of his 25-year consulting experience, he was embedded with key government agencies providing expertise in strategic planning, mission analysis and implementation, requirements programming, program management, design and construction management, business operations, and advisory services. Leigh has supported some of the largest campus programs in the DC metropolitan area including the Intelligence Community Campus in Bethesda, $5.5 billion Pentagon Renovation Program, and $4 billion Department of Homeland Security Headquarters Campus Program.

Leigh received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and graduated from American University’s Washington National Semester Program with a focus on national and foreign policy. He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential, the certified Manager of Quality with a focus in Organization Excellence (CMQ-OE) from the American Society of Quality, and is a LEED Accredited Professional certified by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
