The Project Management Fundamentals course provides students with a general overview of project management with a focus on construction management.
The course will start with an overview of the leading industry project management and construction management organizations and certifications. Standard project phases will be identified and understood. The curriculum will explain common team roles and responsibilities, related software systems, and how teams and data interact throughout the project life cycle. Students will learn basic principles to set up a Project Management Office for Owners who have multiple concurrent projects. Simple, editable tools and templates will be provided for post-training execution. This course is UNCLASSIFIED.
